CLIFT FARM

MADISON, AL

In 1850, rural Madison had a population of less than 500 residents. John Henry Clift bought a small piece of rural farmland in what was then called Madison Station, and six generations of the Clift family farmed that land for cotton, corn, soybeans, fresh fruits, and vegetables. After World War II, Jack Clift returned to the family farming business and expanded it to over 600 acres. The most of the land may not be used for farming any longer, but Clift Farm is home to Mama’s fresh-made tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, and hand-shaken margaritas. Come sit on our patio and enjoy the beauty of Clift Farm!
